The aim of this report is to explain three critical components over the Galaxy in Conflict project in regards to the August 2024 false copyright claim of ownership by Pop-Top Atlas.

1) Proof via hard evidence that the ownership and creation of GIC belongs to Jaden (Tengu_Civitas), and Ethen (SirBucketKicker), alongside the minor contributions of certain individuals. Thus, disproving Mawd Popovici’s false claim and ownership of GIC.

2) Scrutinize Mawd Popovici’s bad faith via intentional copyright misrepresentation with profiling of social media posts dating back to 2023. Such an act is an obvious crime under the US Federal Government, and likewise under the specific 7th and 9th Federal Circuits he has no claim to copyright ownership in such an illegal manner.

3) Equip readers with the means to discern from the misinformation that Mawd Popovici has spread since the start of the incident. Individuals like Mawd rely on naivety and ignorance to achieve their malicious goals and as such this report also includes context explanations on services such as Github and even Steam itself.

This report heavily derives from the materials sent to a valid legal entity for review, and has remained the core of evidence that protects the Galaxy In Conflict Project from the injustices and malicious harm that Mawd has attempted to bring onto the project.

Provided are also headers that state to “Refer to X folder”. These instructions refer to the files contained in the Google Drive that would be assigned to the Copyright Archives as material associated with a specific topic i.e ProofOfOwnership_GIC_EWS is associated with the Evidence of Ownership page.
