I was playing with a friend earlier who said he really likes the weapon exp and ascend system, but felt like player levels and stats made the game to easy. Is there any way to torn off the player exp, but keep the weapon exp intact?

I've tried looking for the config file to try setting player exp multiplier to 0, but cannot find the config file.
