Just a note: Yandex is essentially Russian Google, there's nothing suspicious about the site itself and they do check files for malware.
And even if it was something malicious, your OS isn't stupid, it won't automatically run something you just downloaded, and so it won't be able to harm your PC unless you're unwise enough to run an executable included in it.
