Hi there! First off, sorry for posting here, my account couldn't comment on workshop pages for some reason. Even Steam Support is stumped.

Anyways, I thank you for the mod, it's been great for playing tall. However, when I tried using this mod on my long playthrough with a large empire (roughly the combined size of Byzantine Empire, Empire of Khazaria, and Empire of Volga-Ural), the decision keeps building universities in counties I do not directly own. It kept going to the lands of random vassals, even after save-scumming around 20 times.

In my testing, three of my directly-controlled counties fulfill the requirements, and one of them eventually got the university...but only after I gave up most of my empire.

I tried tweaking the triggers and effects myself, but this seems way out of my league, so now I ask you for help.
