Add Techs & Population Suggestions
Advanced AI greatly diversifies random enemy encounters using a large enemy population extension system.

Vanilla TerraTech Enemies:
- Land Vehicles
Wheeled and Tracked
- Low-Altitude Hovercraft
Hovers that aren't HoverBugged
- Singular Bases
Only spawns in missions and enemy does not use it directly

Mod Advanced AI Enemies:
- ALL of the above
Enhanced Impulse obstacle avoidance based on enemy intelligence
- High-Altitude Hovercraft
Can hover beyond max hover distance with the right parts
- Base Clusters
Build and evolve over time, with their own economy
- Aircraft (Planes and Jets)
Fly and perform basic aerial combat maneuvers as well as dive-bomb
- Helicopters (Small and Large Air/Rotor Ships)
Strafe and aim at targets
- Space Ships
Keep the high-ground (or space)
- Sea Ships
Stay in the water and broadside


So this mod gets around that with it's own random enemy spawns will spawn in the campaign, given the right conditions.

If you want to release your Techs to the AI's hands:
1. Enter Creative (or Test Chamber mode)
2. Hold left control and press -
3. Advanced AI Debug Tech Spawner UI should appear.
4. Pausing the game will show options for
This only adds to your own enemy tech spawns.


Additionally a long time ago in TerraTech Early-Access, there were community Cores to add more Techs to the game, but that is no longer being done.
As TerraTech Tech Of The Week only permits it's selected Tech into the game's randomly spawning Techs (and only techs that work with the Default AI are added).

If you are interested in having your flying creations appear as enemies in other's games, this is the right place to suggest them.


Suggested Techs are be subject to change upon entry to the population and may deviate from their initial design and name.

is there a way to remove a tech from the spawn list? the tony swarms overload the system when too many spawn and hatch at the same time
could we possibly get like Air bases? like massive air ships? with small crusiers nearby?
