Absolutely wild bug
So, upon reaching the sunken city, I also had the doll that had the event to be thrown into the sea... and after that... the verbs went nuts. Even at normal speed, the tide one ticked down all 120 seconds TWICE PER SECOND, the storm verb was completely frozen as was the timer one that had just one second and freshly spawned.

After saving and reloading hoping it would recover... corrupted save. I am unsure if it had something to do with both of those triggering at once or something else.

On a second go, I managed to trigger it again, this time when reacching Copenhagen with that doll triggering the event. Once that Heart verb is done, the verbs just speed up to ludicrous amounts and the game is invariably broken.

Other sympthoms noted: The heart verb does not properly "finish" and it just stays there. Log shows it keeps "applying" something and that might have something to do with it. When I removed the verb with the console, game went back to normal. So there is something bad happening whenever that heart verb finishes.

This sounds like an overflow crash. If you can, don't hesitate to send us the Player.log file, this should let us fix this kind of issue immediately.

This fixes itself if you remove Codex from the mod list
