Kayn's Guide to Town
Intro
Hey there, i'm here to give a more in-depth guide to town and give some tips for y'all. Ok here we go. If you lived in a rock in 2012, Town is a submap in Black Ops 2 that is apart of a bigger map called Tranzit. This map is like your classic survival map, unlike the original map where it is more story based and a pain in the ass to play on.

Content
Like the original town, this version has Pack-a-Punch, same door buys, the BO2 weapons(albeit some of them are buggy) the Mystery Box and the same 2 locations, lava and exploding zombies, and the original 6 perks. However, it does have some new features like 3 new perks, which are PhD Flopper, Deadshot Daiquiri, and Electric Cherry(which electric cherry doesn't work at the moment.), the Jet gun, activation of the easter egg song, the Avogadro(which is a boss zombie), and two new power up drops.

Perk's and their powers
There are 9 perks in the map here they are and their effects.

Juggernog: Doubles health. Cost 2500 points.

Speed Cola: Helps you reload faster, all you have to do is when are reloading is grab another clip and the gun will eject the clip. Once you insert your new clip, the gun reloads automatically and is ready to fire. Cost 3000 points.

Quick Revive: On solo, when you go down, you will be in a revive state. To get up, simply hold down on the Revive icon above you until you get up. On multiplayer, quickly revive your teammates Cost 1500 points.

Double Tap: Increases the rate of fire and doubles the bullets damage. Cost 2000 points

Tombstone: When you go die, you spawn a tombstone drop that is only accessible to you only, When you pick it up you are granted your perks and weapons that you had before you died. Only works in multiplayer Cost 3000 points.

Stamina-Up: Makes you run faster and makes you have better stamina. Cost 2000 points.

PhD Flopper: You no longer take no explosive damage or fall damage. Lava and zombie explosions no longer hurt you. Cost 2000 points.

Electric Cherry(doesn't work): Shock nearby zombies when you reload your gun. Only obtainable by perk bottle power-up.

Deadshot Daiquiri(whether if its functioning or not is unknown): All your bullets hit zombies heads. Only obtainable by perk bottle power-up.

How to get PhD?
PhD is located in the room that is across the corner that has Double Tap, Mystery Box, and Tombstone is. However, the door is closed and you cant buy it to open up, so you arent able to access PhD normally. So how do I get PhD then? Well, you have to find 6 perk bottles in the map, when you find these perk bottles, you have to shoot them. Once you shoot them, they will disappear and you will be one step closer from that PhD goodness. Each bottle is near the respected perk machine that the Perk bottle is(i.e the Perk bottle for stamina-up is near the machine) If you don't want to search for them yourself, I'll give you the locations here. I'll spoiler it tho. Once you get all of these bottle it will open up.

Juggernog: In the room to Jugg, look up at the hole in the roof and you will see it.

Speed Cola: Open up the Bank, and look down in the drawers where the bank teller would be.

Quick Revive: Open up bar and I promise you will see it.

Double Tap: Go to where PhD is located and look up on the hill thats keeping you from going out of the map.

Tombstone: Look in the cylinder trash can where it belongs :]

Stamina-Up: Look in the alleyway to the left of the Stamina-Up machine.

How to get the Jet gun
In the Bar, there will be a workbench(look to your left when you enter the bar via the front entrance.). You have to bring 4 parts to the workbench and build the Jet gun. When you have the part, go up to the workbench and build it by holding down on the workbench. Hold it until you hear the noise stop and the part is visible on the workbench. The 4 parts are the Jet Engine, Wires, Handbrake, and the Pressure Gauge. Ill give locations if you don't want to look for it, of course it will be spoilered. Once all 4 parts are crafted, you have crafted the Jet gun, when picked up the game will give you the middle finger and make it disappear, but before you throw your controller at the wall for what seems like a waste a time, look next to the shelf and it will spawn a power up. This power up is the Super Fire Sale(how original, Coolroo...). Unlike Fire Sale, this power up will make the box cost its normal 950, but the weapons you get from the box are pack a punched. It sucks that you don't get that piece of dog sh*t of a weapon, but hey, pack a punch weapons.

Jet Engine: There are 3 spots outside. One spot is next to car, which is next to the Tombstone Machine, Another spot is next to the Big Rig thats next to bank. The final spot is on a bench.

Wires: In the Jugg room in 3 spots. One spot can be on a barrel. Another spot it can be in is on the ground. The final spot it could be in is on the bottom shelf of a broken shelf.

Handbrakes: In the bank in 3 spots. Two spots are behind the area where the bank teller would be and another spot it could be is on that desk in front of the door of bank.

Pressure Gauge: In the Bar in 3 spots. One spot can be on a bar stool. Another spot it can be on the shelf on the bottom floor. Finally, one spot can be upstairs on another shelf.

Any tips for killing that electric man?
Avogadro is the boss zombie I mention earlier. He spawns at around round 7 and will spawn every 2-3 rounds. Note that only one Avogadro can spawn at a time and you can tell when hes about to spawn by looking up in the sky. If it is thundering when the round starts, that means that he will spawn next round. Once spawn, you will hear a loud electric noise as he crashes down to hunt you down. He also will spawn nearby the player(In multiplayer, spawns can vary.)Now, Avogadro seems like a pain the ass at first glance... I mean, think about it. He can only be hurt by melee weapons, he deals a lot of damage from afar or from close up, can become intangible by becoming a ball of energy, and he is tanky. Dont fret though, hes actually extremely easy. For starters, he is extremely slow and you can kite him pretty easily. Dont get too close to him whether in his ball or physical state as he can hit you for some melee damage. His attacks also are very telegraphed, meaning they are very predictable. He takes only 6 hits from the knife and 2 from gavaknuckles. When he comes out of his electric ball and tries to throw lighting, you can actually cancel the attack if your quick enough. There is a glitch where you can kill him with one hit, but it is a bit inconsistent. This is done, by trying to knife him when he spawns. Better yet, you can use EMP grenades to kill him in one shot. When you kill him without getting damage at all, he drops a free perk bottle power up. If your having a hard time kiting, try saving one zombie and focus the Avogadro yourself. I would also recommend to get PhD so you have more room to kite him around, given the lava will damage you. Many people see him as a pain, but if your good with kiting and take some of this advice, he will be nothing but a nuisance. Hell, he might be a ticket for a free perk.

Any general tips or strategies?
Of course. For starters you can get PhD open and build the Jet gun by round 3 or even 2 if you are lucky and get double points. Try getting that done ASAP. Another thing is that training/kiting is your best bet for surviving on this map. Camping is fine, but later on, camping becomes a less viable strat. When a round starts look up in the sky so you can know when Avogadro is spawning. Unlike normal cod zombies, knifes stop one shotting by round 5 and gavaknuckles always one shots. You can duel wield melee weapons for better damage, but be wary as melee weapons do have a bit of a cooldown when they hit a zombie. I do also want to give you some strats you can use for this map. I'll detail how you peform these strats as well. I will also give names to these strats cuz why not.

Tombstone, my beloved: For like 30% of you who are aware of this, you know what to do. However for the rest of you, there's a cool interaction with tombstone where you can get more than 4 perks. You do this by getting any 3 perks and tombstone. Remember the 3 other perks you got. Once you have your 3 perks with tombstone, farm up at least 10000 points. Once you have a lot of points, intentionally die, and let your friend finish the round for you. Oh yea I should mention real quick this only works on multiplayer. Anyhow when you spawn back in, buy the perks that you didn't get. So if you had Jugg, PhD, Stamina-Up, and then Tombstone. Get Speed-Cola, Quick Revive, and then Tombstone again. Once you do that, pick up your tombstone power up and boom. You have 6 perks and your guns back.

Perkaholic: Not the Gobblegum, come on that would be too easy. No, this for the people who are playing solo and cant do the tombstone interaction. Get your 4 perks as usual and kill the Avogadro without getting damaged at all. He will spawn a bottle power up and you pick up it and you can get an extra perk.

Python's Bite: Obtain the Python. Do not pack-a-punch it. Also get it with double tap. Python has a bug that gives you 84 clips of 6 bullets. Pack-a-punching it will turn the 84 into 8 clips of 12. You can see the problem of this. Now, you think this strat would suck at around round 15, but I got to round 56 with this strat and its another great strat I recommend. I swear to god Coolroo if you fix this, I will never let you live this down.

Fistycuffs: Get Jugg, PhD, Stamina-Up, and whatever other 4th perk you want. Get 2 gavaknuckles and dual wield them. Kite the zombies around and take them out one by one. It is a slow process, but I got to round 122 with this strat. You can do it. If you want to make this process faster, I recommend getting a ray gun or a ray gun mark 2 to clear out the zombies so you can have a breather. Pack-a-Punch both guns.

Classic Man: Get Jugg, Double Tap, PhD, and Speed Cola. Obtain a Ray Gun, either one works, and obtain a Galil, HAMR, or a RPD. Pack-a-Punch both guns. All Im gonna say for this one is have fun.

Wall Weapons: There are 5 wall weapons. M14, MP5, Olympia, Knife, and Gavaknuckles. I recommend getting the MP5, Pack-A-Punching it and use that as your main weapons and get 2 gavaknuckles for your secondary. Buy ammo when needed. This is basically Fistycuffs, but with extra steps.

C3000 B1AT-CH35: Save your Colt M1911 and Pack a punch it. Obtain Jugg, Double Tap, PhD, and Speed Cola. Have fun. If on multiplayer, beg your buddies Colt and Pack-a-Punch that baby and duel wield it. Also strat name turns into Mustang and Sally.

I could go on but those are just only few of the strats you can do on this map.

Conclusion
Well thats pretty much it, have fun and good luck. :]
