Good question, I doubt so, since the Caw-nival exists in the constant and the rest of peters family does not.

But who knows, Peter's father was a legendary sea captain, who knows what or whom he would have met on the way.

(Peter doesnt know his dad was a legendary sea captain, just the part about being on a boat and something about pirates)
