PATCH 2.0 AND IME ARE UP WOOOHOOO and some people still have movie packs from like March, still crawling in your skin like the stuff behind Iron Man's pacemaker.

Remember when you followed the internet and youtube trails to grab some mods back when there wasn't even a mod manager for the game? Alright, you gotta nuke them. Seriously. People are talking and they are worried about you.

You don't remember where you put them? Alright, here's where. Steam\steamapps\common\Total War WARHAMMER III\data. It's some place like this, wherever you installed Steam anyway. If you got them from this server, they should be called something like this: aaa_movie_whatever. If you didn't get them here and/or the modder in question was high on crack and bad habits, groan. Get manifest.txt in the same folder and compare with the packs you have in data/. Anything not in the list is presumably a mod. Some of those might be movie packs.

Another thing. Disable the -dx11 launch option if you still have it on. Your mods literally won't work with it and it's worthless.

Both things are going to give you a bad time.
