What it does in fact is teleporting the thrall to the bed in case pathfinding does not find a single path. So maybe the follower was teleported and fell through the floor? You could see if the follower still appears in the vanilla follower tab.

Ok seriously i found it. I am sorry i will try to fix it asap. Thanks for contribution and sorry for your loss... hope he will spawn back to you anytime...
----------
I tried and played around, once you set a few patrol points again(it must succeed the former amount of points) then he should spawn back from middle earth
We also had a weird issue. Not 100% sure if it was user error or not but some of the patrol points had numbers in the 100s.
Thanks for fixing it. It is seriously a good mod!!
Does the crash occur on startup or mid game?
Do you play solo or online on a dedicated server?
How many mods are you running?
I use 10 mods
I'm still in the error analysis, what could be the reason, since I have and use quite a lot of mods. It is clear in any case, as soon as I remove your mod, the errors no longer come.
bug number one: i can't put thralls right next to each other anymore. there always has to be a certain distance between them.
Error number two: with this error I think there is a conflict between your mod and the "the forgotten land" mod. Since I can't place thralls in the newly created areas since the last of you guys. Which would be pretty annoying.
Nevertheless, I would like to give you great praise for this mod, as it raises the game to a new level.
As for the other:
Very strange. The mod does not mess with the home location or anything related to thrall placement, but of course the home location remains and the thralls "wander" away.
Which means if you have a mod which uses the home location for placement restriction then the area where you set them remains even if the thrall is somewhere else and therefore blocked. But I can just speculate here as i didnt encountered this error so far.
In fact the whole Thrall Actor remains untouched and the brain lies in the beds.
I'm still looking at what the problem could really be. because i watched it on my test server, where your mod was still working before your update, and also in a fresh co-op season. ini of the coop season no longer caused any problems, only on the test server.
Secondly, I can only say that it didn't work either in the fresh coop season or on the test server, and I'm alone on both at the moment. It's only, in this special area of "the forgotten land". I would also suspect the mod, but if I remove your mod it works again and the other mod hasn't needed any updates lately either. Only the loading order of the mods could cause a problem (I haven't looked at this closely on my machine yet)
Which I will try again tomorrow. take your mod from the test server. Unfortunately I can't remove the other one, otherwise I'll lose a lot of work (one idea would be to set up a second server and test it there under the same conditions.).
Well. The admin panel has a strange place, usually you have to go out of the radial menu before you can hit anything on the admin UI. I will think of a better place soon.
@Tobsucht
Thanks for pointing out the incompatibility. Once i find some who run forgotten lands too i will ask them if they run into the same problems
edit: I have now revised the mod loading order again and now it doesn't seem to be causing any problems at the moment. i will keep this in mind.
