Yeah, I tried to be true-to-life with the specs in my first vehicle mod (240SX Coupe) and it would barely move, and was way too heavy to tow. I tried to make the specs relative to vanilla cars and each other to kinda get something that's a bit realistic within the game's limitations.
Whoops, good catches.
It's an extremely rare spawn in the medium spawn list, which is usually placed in front of houses in middle-class areas. There's also a new spawnlist as part of Vehicle Spawn Zones Expanded, heistvehicle, that appears around vanilla banks that have a higher chance to spawn the PAYDAY van. Vehicle Spawn Zones Expanded also places some medium spawn zones in some parking lots, as well as some rural houses around the map. I might place a preset spawnpoint for the van sometime, maybe near a laundromat as a reference to the original safehouse.
