Yeah but SFO also buffs black arks he's very hard to dislodge as Cathay, lots of high chevron armies he can pump out very quickly from his arks and the black ark bombardments do a lot-lot of damage, Lokhir being merged with the blessed dread so he can use the buffs & powers anywhere also makes him a menace even away from the coast. Dodging the black ark bombardments demands quite a bit of micro just to not get my units deleted right at the start of the battle, did you really have to take away the battle start cooldown?
