Yepiskop Batallion?

Hi,

Where can I recruit yepiskop batallion? I see them in the roster but can't recruit them anywhere.
What is the building to recruit them?

Be sure to check if they are recruited when you use SFO mod only. Some mods can cause conflict. And its Kostaltyn unit only.
