knights of morr recruitment

1. I find grand master has skill tree on knights of morr. Can I mass this units? Or I have to wait 15 turns to get a single unit of it?

2. Does the red tree works on all knights other than vanilla?

Its elector unit so you need to wait. All knights are affected by knights effects.
