Azrik the Maze Keeper can still use his aoe heal while the battle outcome is decided

Found that out while playing Throgg. I'm not sure if it is an oversight or intended, considering that for every other unlimited use aoe heal I've seen the battle outcome has to be undecided to use this type of heal.
