Dwarf Vault Runes Multiplayer

I have been playing the dwarves on multiplayer campaign but I cant seem to ever be able to use the new Dwarf Vault runes feature added in the War in the mountain update.

That specific tech tree is locked, and the button for it on the campaign map is missing

They are disabled for MP. Not working there.

We are wroking for replacement in MP. Like having normal tech or just event that will work.
