As the title says. Some previous TW games had this feature.

If there's not a command or mod, would I just destroy my current capital and, with no other capital settlements, capture another Capital settlement? Or do I have to destroy all the minor settlements associated with my former capital?

I only have 1 minor settlement and my Capital early in a campaign and want to simply relocate my capital to the next region over via abandon my old capital and capture a new Capital.
