I change quite a few things on every campaign, buffing/nerfing almost every faction, slow battle, less movement range etc. It takes a while and sometimes i mess up because i have to remember everything or have to write it down. Is there a submod or a script that saves my changes and take them over to every new campaign, so i only have to click on the hook and done?

Also, is it intended that you can change those settings only at turn 5 and onwards? Before that round the settings button does not go on cooldown on my game.
