Faction size penalty
Hi, I looked through the general document on changes, read the Q&A, looked at many changes made in different patches, but I still did not see anything about a penalty for the faction size. Is there a limit? How much minus can I go? I play absolute world conquest, so this is important to me

There are limits to every penalty. From what I know it can go -4 order max.
