how do i increase the cap. Google says buildings and technology but i do not see anything in the tech tree to increase it? is there also a mod option to remove it?

SFO Mod Menu has option to disable caps. Also about what unit you are talking about?

thanks mostly treemen i an not trying to build a full stack since that would be too easy but 3 in each army
