Vampire Counts Empire of Night is too strong

Vampire Counts empire of night mechanic is extremely unfun to play against, they just heal to full while routing your whole army

AI do not use this mechanic :). Vampires have healing after battle as a base in vanilla game. Value is lower in SFO than vanilla btw.
