But if it's persistant I'd pull up the 'last updated' column in shazbot's manager and start disabling the ones that have been updated recently since 4.2.X until things stabilize.
Unfortunately, that includes SFO, so you might be screwed there. Tyrant also has a linked non-SFO modpack that might give you more success.
Without a crash report, I've no clue but I assure you that on my end the collection works even with LC enabled so:
- Try to clean up every appdata file from TheCreativeAssembly (do a backup of saves or whatever)
- Unsub every mod
- Verify Integrity
- Clean the Steam Cache
- Sub again every mod
- Check load order
- Verify Integrity
- CTD has to disappear, nothing can stand the process: if a file is corrupted or broken it will be fixed
I did everything as you mentionned but I still crash on startup :/
Is there a way to start the game through a console or are there log files somewhere?
Thank you for your help
Some crashes may occur because scripts are ovelapping and it may happen because of outdated strings, Dukes of Bretonnia is one of the few still outdated mods - even TEB is causing me some crashes but aside from the rebooting the game, saves are not being corrupted by conflicts
