Hi, thanks for the report. Please give me more details:
- can you try this bug without plugin on the keyboard?
- what npc I should kill to repeat this bug?
- what patches, plugins and mods do you have installed?
- did you set Gothic2_Control=1 and alternative controls?

I have sometimes same problem. Usually when fighting with bandits (the first one, near the entrance). And once i had this bug when i loot the lizard. Relaunch game fixed this. And lately when i dive onto water this bar disappear.

Hmm, this does happen not often? Most likely this is a bug of the original game. I had the same problem on a keyboard earlier. I'll try to catch and fix it in the nearest Union release.

Ever since the newest update I get an Access Violation crash upon starting Gothic 1. This only happens if this mod is enabled. G2 works fine.

Check that you have an updated Union.

Love this mod but i'm experiencing one issue, the animations for strafing left and right don't work properly for me, it looks like the animations are resetting or it's trying to play some other animation. Followed the instructions properly, reinstalled the game, the mod, Union, but it's still glitchy. Any idea? No other mods installed btw.

Edit: Just tried it on the second game and i'm having the same issue there too, very weird.

I don't understand what are you talking about. By default, the plugin uses the vector type motion. There is no strafe animation. If your hero tries to strafe, check the Steam input helper, it emulates a keyboard in the background and can cause problems. You can find how to disable the input helper in the first paragraph on the plugin page.

If that's not the problem, then give me more details.

Here is a video i uploaded showing the issue, in the beginning i am moving with keyboard, then i switch to controller, that's when it becomes glitchy.

This is not a plugin bug. And is not a game bug. It's just original animations. Vector motion uses the forward run animation as base. If you press W button you will see the same effect.

If you want better animations use zHumansRemaster and zSmoothAniTransitions.

Alright, and where can i find zHumansRemaster and zSmoothAniTransitions?

I think New balance developers should help you. They added a lot improvements and I don't want to waste time on this modification.
So I told them how to customize the gamepad, you can try to remind Liker and Haart about this.. It will be great if they do it themselves. For else the link to instructions for making control overlays is on the plugin page.
