Add option to blacklist objects from vaulting
I would like a CBA option where I can place classnames of objects that cannot be vaulted/climbed.

The use case for this is to prevent players from jumping over objects like bardbed wire barriers.[\b]

Currently players can vault over these objects making these obstacles unusable.
