How to open PAP:
Just melee the electric panels around the map.
Location 1: At the end of the entry hall
Location 2: On the left just before you go into decontamination
Location 3: At the end of the hall after you leave decontamination, just before the laboratory
Location 4: In the cafeteria on the left just before you go into storage
Location 5: On the left just before you enter the PAP room


Reassemble the crystal in the laboratory to get a free Max Ammo.

I recommend hitting the perk limit before doing the ones below, so you get as many perks as possible.

Find all 3 fossils and put them on the fossil table in the laboratory for a free perk powerup:
Location 1 (Bone): In med bay on the back right bed
Location 2(Leaf): In the PAP room on the back left plant
Location 3(Crystal): In the storage room on a box

Grab the water can from the storage room and water the plants in the PAP room for a free perk powerup.

Interact with the trash compactor in the cafeteria for a free perk powerup.
