Balance suggestions
With these recipes silencers seems to be OP. If they just reduce range by only 1 tile (and other limitation being somewhat big weight), seems like it's too easy to craft them and make your game easier from the beginning.

Ideally there should be factory-made silencer (one you only find in gun stores, military bases etc. - very rare) and one's you craft should be worse (like the original, now abandoned silencer mod).

Suggestions:
- Hand Torch silencer - 20 or 30% sound reduction, as it's a very crude contraption and torch is easy to obtain. Requires lvl 1 Electronics.
- Metal Pipe silencer requires a sheet, a small metal sheet, 4 lvl Metalworking. 50% reduction.
- Real Silencer - non-craftable, very rare find, 60% reduction (only slightly better than crafted for 2 reasons - to not discourage investing into metalworking for it, and to keep things balanced and realistic - firing regular supersonic bullets though silencer is still very much loud due to sonic boom).

Ended up making a copy of the mod and implementing some of my suggestions and extra stuff. Except silencer destruction. Quick study of the modding API suggests that it's possible to destroy silencers after shot with a certain probability, but I don't know if "weapon parts" can have condition value associated with them (and displayed in UI). But I'm not sure if I want to spend any more time on this.

I also rewrote the distribution script and removed silencer from places where no weapon parts existed before (like random shelves etc) and instead added to a bunch of places where it fits but wasn't added before (Army storage and garage firearms). I can share it.

Would you object if I upload the modified version of the mod?

Came up with an idea to balance all silencers between each other:

- Bottle Silencer - the easiest one to craft, basically from day 1. Can be attached only to smaller-caliber pistols, revolvers and rifles (not shotguns).

- Torch Silencer - also easy to craft, no skill required, but torches are a bit harder to come by. Weights somewhat more, but has better sound reduction. Attaches to the same guns (hand torches are supposed to be weak plastic/metal not able to take much energy).

- Metal Pipe silencer - hard to craft (needs metalworking skill and tools), BUT can be attached to ALL guns, even shotguns. Has the most weight, but the most sound reduction of all crafted silencers.

- Rifle Silencer - regular factory-made silencer for all rifles. Has the best sound reduction of all types. Cannot be attached to shotguns. Lower weight than crafted ones. Cannot be crafted. Found in all places where you can find other attachments.

- Pistol Silencer - the same as rifle silencer, except it is used with pistols (not revolvers). Light-weight. Somewhat more rare than rifle version (not sure how realistic it is with Kentucky gun laws in 90's but game balance wise it addresses the fact that pistols already have smaller range - to prevent players from getting a cheat gun mode).

The sound of the shots with a silencer is heard very loudly, louder than the shots of the weapons without a silencer.
