could i also suggest lowering the archery range tier requirements for the heavy peltast?
In case unit reskins are something you're interested in, you could also give a reskin to the Cretan archers, since they were very famous mercenaries throughout the Mediterranean, yet they look like peasant archers with their simple green tunics.
Germans - Warband and Archer Warband
Britons - Archer Warband and Skirmisher Warband
Egypt - Dismounted Nile Cavalry / Elite Nile Spearmen
I also have a suggestion, which could also be a fix to a small inconsistency with the original game: in the original RTW, the Swordsmen unit for the Britons and Gauls have a round shield, but in the remaster only the Britons still have them, while the Gaul ones have the same oval shield as the Warband unit, maybe you could change that
It does change the export_descr_building file because it needs to allow the campaign structures to train the new units, as well as giving some factions new levels of barracks/stables/archery ranges to accommodate their new higher tier units.
Bactria is not a faction in the game though
