id really love to see more Hellenistic units like the Theurophoroi as an inbetween of hoplites and heavy peltasts, Galatians for Egypt and the SE and state specific hoplites for athens, ect and some what if units like spartan thorax swordsmen

could i also suggest lowering the archery range tier requirements for the heavy peltast?

Do you have any plans of adding more mercenaries to different regions? A unit I miss from the Greeks is a type of non-phalanx spear unit with low attack, high defense, and good against cavalry bonus, so that it's attack is pretty much only valuable against cavalry.

In case unit reskins are something you're interested in, you could also give a reskin to the Cretan archers, since they were very famous mercenaries throughout the Mediterranean, yet they look like peasant archers with their simple green tunics.

Royal Peltasts for Macedon and the Seleucids, also making it compatible with the vanilla map extension mod would be awesome

Decided to merge my comments into one:
Germans - Warband and Archer Warband
Britons - Archer Warband and Skirmisher Warband
Egypt - Dismounted Nile Cavalry / Elite Nile Spearmen

I also have a suggestion, which could also be a fix to a small inconsistency with the original game: in the original RTW, the Swordsmen unit for the Britons and Gauls have a round shield, but in the remaster only the Britons still have them, while the Gaul ones have the same oval shield as the Warband unit, maybe you could change that

I think you need to add a sword unit for Macedon, they have a little roster compared with the rest of factions.

Is the mod changing the export_descr_building file of the game? I have noticed that any change in that file doenst work with the mod?

It does change the export_descr_building file because it needs to allow the campaign structures to train the new units, as well as giving some factions new levels of barracks/stables/archery ranges to accommodate their new higher tier units.

Also maybe add samnite spears to the pre marian romans would be a great way to add spears to their roster

Add the Unites of Barbarian Invasion to this mod, I think they would work great for the Barbarian and Persian factions. Also the Greek Cities need better mobile Infantry and they really need Heavy Cavalry
