A Symbiotic Relationship or a Parasitic Relationship with Nextbots?

When I spawn a Nextbot near an Infestor colony, The Nextbot doesn't react, but they let the Infestors stick on them. This gave me the idea that these Nextbots have a Symbiotic or Parasitic Relationship. Feel free to write what benefits of the Nextbot and the Infestors.
