Saw a couple of comments having issues with the mod on the videos I linked. Creating this discussion as an opportunity for the creator to stay in-the-know of issues users may be having. Be descriptive to help them make improvements.

I've been trying to figure out how to work around the lead vic getting destroyed, but no luck so far.

Check the latest version. Vehicles which are disabled, or do not have any units which can occupy the driver's seat, will be excluded from the convoy.

Thanks for looking into it, but it looks like something got messed up with the update, cus now nothing is working and the rpt has the following

Hopefully it is working now, check the update. I could not reproduce the error.

It should be working. Go to the launcher, right-click the mod and do a Repair. Then restart the Launcher (the mod's last update should read 14-May-2022 9:01PM). Please let me know if it's working now. Thanks.

Yeah that did it! Thanks! rpt is lookin clean too. I'm assuming this is an arma issue, but figured I'd mention in case you can think of a solution. Lead vic exploded, next vic took over just fine and went around it. When they came to an enemy vic they ran right into it and lead vic flipped. Driver bails and runs back the way they came from. Next vehicle chills and doesn't take lead.

Working well thx. I dont know why the launcher didn't update the mod through steam automaticaly.

Having problem that when lead vehicle dies the convoy stops moving.

I'm trying to make a convoy that has bigger vehicles with more soldiers (troop transport truck). I'm having the problem that half of the soldiers disembark (right from the start) and follow the convoy on foot. I have no clue what the trigger is. Could someone help?

Welcome to the world of ARMA AI! This happens even without the use of this mod. It's a riddle to many players because the group leader will randomly order x amount of men to disembark for no reason (usually they do if there are enemies nearby), only to be told to get back in. I have a mod, 3DEN Enhanced, where it allows me to select 'Forbid Disembarking' in attributes for the entire squad.

Another way to counter the issue is to separate the driver from the passengers; two different groups. Its strange but it works and I dont usually see the whole squad hopping out randomly unless they encounter an enemy.

Yup. Adding independant teams to the vehicles seem to be working for now.

They stay in the vehicles and they only disembark when the convoy is actually attacked. So this is a good start.

Well, if you want to forbid them from disembarking when the convoy makes contact then you can double tap the Convoy node and change the Behavior from 'Aware' to Ignore Contact/Enemies. They will drive right through while being shot at... but that is if everyone is in the same team for that vehicle lol

Ayo, me again. A recent issue started cropping up where if you use the convoy module every other vehicle gets buggy as hell. I had multiple teams jumping in and out of vics in the starting base for the entirety of an hour long warlords match. All bots in vehicles follow the push through contact option that I had selected, but they just drive up to enemies and get shot if they are attacking without thinking about disembarking. The convoy looked great though haha

Hmm well the not getting out thing might be a broader arma issue since I'm still noticing it off and on, but if it wasn't 100% it was damn near with the mod running so who knows.
