In case anybody else would need answer for that;

1) subscribe;
2) start the game;
3) in the main menu you'll see "UGC updating" -- it means that mods are being downloaded;
4) wait until it finishes. it'll take some time (if you want to download a lot of mods), so you can alt+tab the game and watch youtube or something;
5) press "new game" and select campaign you want to play.
