Got some new error messages.

Thank you for report, but i couldn't reproduce this issue. On my local environment, there is event_target:splinter_arkship_museum always and event splinter_arkship.30 worked fine.

I am figuring it is compatibility issue with other mods or DLC. If other feature removed a planet and the removed planet is happened to be event_target:splinter_arkship_museum, this issue will arise.
