Bugs
I boss swapped into the Broken Brush. I then picked Fixed Brush from the first boss chest. The Fixed Brush doesn't do anything.

So, I think this is actually three bugs in one. With the original characters, a boss swap isn't supposed to be able to give you an upgraded version. Even if you do allow that, does it make sense to allow the user to pick up the second upgrade? If you do allow that, the second brush doesn't actually work.

Growing Greens states 'at the end of your turn', but it actually is 'at the start of your turn'. Costed me a bit of health since the curse would have killed the enemy before it would have attacked if it were EoT

Cursed says that it gets halfed each turn, but 2 cursed get completly removed instead of going down to 1 cursed

Bob's Bin+ has Retain, without it being mentioned
