Add a workbench for your mods, call it something like module workbench. I love your mod back ground photo.

Anti Aeing implant

Quality improvemeant ( like the Perfectionist Trait )

smart arm ( Arm that give recreation to the pawn)

Food recyler ( if pawn has food posining he/she will vomit chemful )

may be a bit specific and almost impossible to make,
but maybe brain implants that grant a single psycast on a cooldown instead of using the psycast system.

like a skipshield implant that can be used once every 5 days or such.
there's a lot of useful psycasts but not many ways to get them

in general implants that grant abilities on cooldowns might be cool ideas.
granting superpowers from vanilla ancients expanded would be another option coming to mind

I also think more on death effects would be cool like an antigrain implant that blows up when the pawn dies

Some kind of auto injury tending implant

Brain implant that absorbs a pawns skills to make skill trainers causes a lot of pain and when no more skilltrainers can be made it kills the pawn

Here’s some gross ones
Implant that slowly takes a pawn apart slowly turning them into the biological replacements you added in core

Forced mutation mod that makes a pawn grow extra limbs and organs basically producing extra parts

Forced mutation that makes the pawn grow meat that falls off every so often

Yunners Implant ( turns pawn into a meat-beacon ie is a combo of the Psychic harmonizer and an joywire )

Phönix Implant ( destroys all clothing but revives a dead Pawn)

if the Pawn takes luciferium there is a 10/15% chance that a Natrual Bodypart turns into an achrotech variant which can than be harvested

downside
the pawns needs luciferium every 50 hours

Honestly, for a simple thing, I would appreciate your rendition of implants that 'cure' dementia and alzheimer's, perhaps unlocked via advanced bionics. Other implants that counter things that come primarily with age in general.
