So this might seem a bit overboard but do you know about the Warhammer 40k's Warp ? It'd be fun if there's a percentage chance that instead of just your fleet coming out through the psi jump, there's a chance that enemies will also come along with you if you use it.

Not a bad idea, can add that into the galactic resolutions.

Not a bad idea, can add that into the galactic resolutions.
Additionally there could be a tech option or edict for combatting chaos insurgencies, since I sometimes like to dip from the GC altogether. Right now it can quickly get kinda old. However, best mod I have seen on here for months still. Keep it up

If its not already a thing you should make it so when horrors devour life on a planet they grow in power. Maybe even at a certain point in power people will start to worship it and a cultist fleet allied to it will follow it.

Does each initial rift have a guranteed timing to them after the eye of Terror event chain begins (i.e. the first warning messages about unsettling things)? The leadup to the actual crisis spawning seems a bit slow-paced, as at least in my game it seemed like several years passed in game between each rift spawning, with each rift not spawning very many things. That said, the pace of things after the spawning so far seem good. Just the lead up to it being a tiny bit too much of a slow burn, at least with this first go at it.

It's meant to be a slow burn, they are coded to be generally be within a time frame (2-3 years for example). The time reduces as the eye gets closer to spawning. But if people feel it's too slow, I can reduce it slightly but so far its intended.

At least in my head the concept was it would slowly spiral our of control and increase in chaos as time went on.

If it spawned it should show up in your situation log and be able to ping it.

Also is there any failsafe built in for Wild Space 3 ?

It's coded to do that. If there aren't any it will appear in an AI's. The idea is that they FEs caused it.

Hm, no there is not. Although it should still work fine, though the Eye of Terror might not spread as cleanly.

Would there be an option to make it not spawn on FE territory ? :P

I like to play with buffed FEs, and usually attacking them before late game is not an option
