Multiplayer has a desync issue

I've been playing with a friend and after 10 mins of gameplay, I noticed a bit of desync. Example being that on my screen, I see my friends units in a zone but on my friend screen, he says that he has no units there.

Issue is gone when mod is disabled and back on vanilla
