1a. Brand new save.
1b. Yes, they do.
1c. I have read the description of the compatibility mod.
2. Yes, I have also read the important message.
3. The compatibility mod is loaded after Brita and the original sentry mod.
I have reinstalled all three mods to no avail.
Do you have Item Tweaker API as well?
Edit: I just tested the mod and now it seems to override the original Sentry Turret recipes, shouldn't be a problem, but just make sure you have a brand new magazine.
Brand new = A book spawned when you traveled in the undiscovered chunk... just because you didn't enter the bookstore etc doesn't mean it is brand new, an example of brand new would be that you spawned in Louisville and you loaded the mod etc and then go to Rosewood's bookstore and find a new engineering magazine. (You never ever left Louisville during your world etc.)
I do have a version of item tweaker API.
Try enabling Item Tweaker API and ensure Brita's mod and Sentry turret mod is active, then activate the compatibility after the previous 3 mods.
Edit: Uninstall the compatibility and reinstall to force the game to load the mod
