Suggestions - Reloaded
Before changes appear in main-mod we need, firstly, test new stuff here.

Also you can write about nerfs, buffs, and about add some new stuff, to not spam on main-page and make it more clear and good-looking.

Also shouldn't Genocidal empires (Fanatic Purifiers, Devouring Swarm/Terravore, Determined Exterminator) can't use Private Galactic Market since they already can't use Galactic Market
Oh I forgot to add, Researcher and Trader Robots will be useless without Droids and Synthetics tech

I might be dead but still need do something. Other changes come later, when i gonna have, at least, normal mood.

Idea for new Perk, This is first iteration.
No-time-to-waste

Empire must have four perks before this can be taken.
The point of to reduce some stuff to make game quicker, and yet, still have mod wibe.
If this perk gonna be live than others should be nerfed.

- Councilor agenda speed +33%
- Council agenda effect duration +33%
- Leader exp gain +33%
- Planetary decision speed +99%
- Excavation speed +33%
- Genocide speed +66%
- Colony deployment +66%

Lets make some changes.

Flourishing Technocracy

For all empire:
- Rework upkeep from from flat number to -10% in total (some jobs counted as "researher" which cause them Produce basic resources with negative values)

For normal empire:
- Increase number to required pops to add new researcher (specialist) from 20 to 25

For gestalt:
- Reduce number of required pops to add new researcher (complex drone) from 20 to 17

Grand Colonisation
- Increase extra pop when espablishing colony from +8 to +10
- Increase bonus to housing from 10 to +12
- Reduce colony ship cost from +300% to +200%
- Reduce colony ship build speed from -75% to -50%
- Decrease colony ship speed by -15%
- Add +1 max districts
- Add +1 building slot

Add description:
New formed colonies have temporary bonus Grand Colonisation Temporal Shelter what increase buildspeed, add housing and jobs, also autobuild Machine Assemble Plant if you machine/synth, Cyto-Revitalization Center if you normal empire or Spawning Pools/Offspring Nest if you hive-mind.

Expansion of infinity
- Reduce building slots from 10 to 6
- Reduce max distcits from +3 to +1
- Reduce planetary buildspeed from +50% to +33%
- Reduce buildings cost from -15% to -5%
- Add reducing districts cost -5%
- Remove +5% housing
- Reduce buildings and distcits upkeep from -20% to -10%
- Add reducing pops upkeep -5%

Archaeological Experts
- Archaeology excavation speed reduce from +50% to +25%
- Increase Archaeology skill from +1 to +2
- Add new bonus - minor artifact ship cost -5%

Legendary Forge
- Secret Alchemy - remove upkeep in food - lithoid and machine empires are not produce those. Instead, increase upkeep in energy +6 and minerals +12
- Living Metal Extractor - remove upkeep in alloys and alloy production, and increase upkeep in mineral by +16, increase living metal production to +4

Celestial Manipulation
Reduce bonuses from Planetary Programm: Habitat
- Production from +20% to +10%
- Upkeep from -10% to -5%
- Max districts and building slot from +4 to +2

Add description:
Can create many habitats in one system as before 3.9, but you need manualy destroy one major/minor complex in system to adjust distircts to new-formed habitat and rebuild it.

Nanite Composition
There gonna be a lot.
Rework cost for modules:
- Corvett - from 100 alloys 40 nanites to to 35 alloys 80 nanites
- Destroyer - from 110 alloys 50 nanites to 35 alloys 120 nanites
- Cruiser - from 150 alloys 80 nanites to 50 alloys 150 nanites
- Battleship - from 200 alloys 150 nanites to 90 alloys 220 nanites
- Titan - from 350 alloys 350 nanites to 200 alloys 500 nanites

Changes for ship (work on future)
Corvett
- Replace torpedo section to Frigate

Slots in general:
- Reduce S-defence slot from 6 to 4
- Reduce A-Auxiliary slot from 3 to 2

- Remove Nanite Defence Section

Rework Nanite Heavy Section:
- Rename to Hefence slot
- Reduce M-weapon slots from 2 to 1
- Add 2 S-weapon slot
- Add 2 P-slot

Destroyer
Slots in general:
Bow (left) slots:
- Remove 3 M-defence slots to 2 S-defence

Sterm (right) slots:
- Remove 3 S-defence slots

- Remove Nanite Standart Bow
- Remove Nanite Torpedo Stern
- Remove Nanite Defence Stern
- Remove Nanite Sniper Stern

Nanite Heavy Bow
- Rename to Nanite Adaptive Bow
- Reduce M-weapon slot from 2 to 1
- Add 2 S-weapon slots

Nanite Defence Bow
- Reduce M-weapon slots from 2 to 1
- Reduce P-weapon slots from 4 to 3

Nanite Heavy Stern
- Rename to Nanite Adaptive Stern

I quite ♥♥♥♥♥♥ when write some of those, so...

Legendary Forge
- Reduce back and lower production to base 1 from Living Metal Extractor Job, because with a huve amount of Living Metal player can buy anything from AI. And i mean anything, include relics with mods. Which is should not be that easy.

Super Hive-Mind
- Reduce Pop Amenities usage bonus from -15% to 10%
- Reduce Deviancy from -15% to -10%
- Reduce Monthly Organic pop-asseble from +2 to 1.5

Transcedent Learning
- Increase special project cost from 10000 social research to 16000

Rework a little bonus from special project The Desire to Understand
- Equlize all research bonuses to 3% research from it

Emergency Calculation
- Reduce combat disengagement chance from 25% to 5% (or completly remove that bonus), because AI overuse it - ships barely can be destroyed. Player aswell can dont loss any ships in fights.
- Add new bonus - Quantum Catapult accuracy +25%

Expandable Knowledge
- Increase tech cost from 8000 to 24000

Ascending united bonus
- Reduce leader pool size from +3 to +1
- Reduce Leader lifespan from +40 to +25

Collective Ascension Theory
- Increase cost from 20000 to 35000
- Remove leader lvl cap
- Add new bonus - max negative traits -1
- Add new bonus +1 Additional Leader Trait Options

Primitive Creation
- Allow this perk be picked by Gestalts
- Reduce time to create new primitive to 30 days


Nanite Composition
- Reduce requiered nano-drones from 37500 to 30000
- Increase research project cost (what unlock nanite ship-sections) from 7500 to 20000
- Increase given nanites after researching project from 1000 to 2500

there must be fixes for modules, but they behind scene

Nanite Factory
- Increase upkeep from 25 energy / 75 mineral to 75 energy / 225 mineral
- Increase alloy output from 50 to 250

Ah yes, the update come at last.
hey guy, is there any way to reduce or maybe remove the chance that Perfect Vassal AI pick the Beastmasters CIvic????, because AI pick that Civic become so weak and it make them become confuse
Hope, when 4.0 release you guy can give a a version make for 4.0 since it will change a lot.
