ROAD MAP
Remake the code for one folder with sandbox option
Server synchronization (when the door is locked, it will be locked for everyone, zombies too)
solve sync max health door with can repaire door mod

need add sandbox option with not random key ID inside

need solve sheet dispeare after have locked door.

add the fact that when a player first appears in a locked room, the door unlocks or the player obtains the key
add sandbox options to give choice

An option will be added so that a house key is automatically in the inventory of a newly appeared player (add house key to fresh spawn)
