That said, I'll be plain, I don't like the Sharpshooters. I'll do the cannons, though :)
Tzar Cannons cost 3 Rare: it would be too much to have one of these *and* an Elemental Bear for a siege - there should be only one of them, since the faction is thematically good at turtling up, rather than laying siege.
What about this first Cathay mod? Did you like this one? It's totally balanced and it makes sense (arsenal wise).

Check out the submods list on the main TTC page - I think these have been added by another modder already. :)
I checked it out now, but it seems that only the Cathay Artillery and the Kislev ones were made compatible with TTC... The Jade Army one and the Cathay Unit Pack aren't listed in any of the other submods :(
OK, I'll take a look at them. I'm travelling right now so I can't mod but come August I'll see what I can do.
@Viper The Rotblood Tribe now has native TTC compatibility. I'd do something different with it but it's basically an entire faction's worth of units, so I'll wait for IE to see if I want to change the rules they set. :)
any chance youd do one for the slayer lord included in mixus slayer hero mod?
As it stand you cant recruit many of the slayers since they cost rare point and giant slayer cost 2.
