Update log
Version 4: U.M.L. Relations officers have been added to most U.M.L. controlled towns. Seemed weird that they would be in other faction's towns but not U.M.L. towns. Also added another game start, 10 drug runners. Most drug and farm related research is already unlocked on this start.

Version 5: Added Second Empire recruits to the stockpiles. Should make forming a squad a bit more viable as Second Empire. You'll need to buy a "requisition chip" from the second empire engineer to recruit them. Haven't tested it yet but it should work.

Version 6: Fixed icon issues with some backpacks and the second empire requisition chip.

Version 7: Added the D-38 Katana to the U.M.L. Weapon Vendor lists.

Version 8: Fortress of Disappointment did not have a U.M.L. trade culture despite being a U.M.L. Outpost. This has now been fixed.
