+Adds outposts in remote areas, shouldn't conflict since how remote the outposts are but I decided to make it separate from my other mod in case of conflicts. There is some minor cosmetic clipping with the Offshore manor when used with Genesis. This is fixed with my compatibility patch for Genesis. The outposts vary from full cities to just a building or two.

+Added multiple "Stockpiles" to the Ashlands under Second Empire control, should make Second Empire game starts more viable. Basic vendor functionality for Second Empire players.

+Added town overrides for Deadcat and the Second Empire stockpiles. If you kill the notable NPCs in the area the U.M.L. will establish a new outpost at each stockpile assuming you killed the nearby unique NPC. Deadcat has similar conditions, you'll need to kill the Grand Wizard of the cannibals for the takeover to occur. You will then need to leave the area completely, and then come back. That means no characters you control in the "chunk" that those towns are loaded into. You will then need to reenter that "chunk" those towns are loaded into for the town override to trigger. It's just how Kenshi's town override system works; I can't change that.

-"Long Pig" Outpost (deadcat override)
-Audio's Outpost (conditions are a secret)

+Added three new trade cultures
-U.M.L. buys and sells drugs healing items at a markup. Makes selling drugs more viable than bulk ore selling.
-U.M.L. Water vendor, buys and sells water at a markup. Only one location has this trade culture, it's buried in the deadlands where there is no water, and transporting water there is quite difficult. Makes being a water trader viable and makes a certain amount of sense.
-Engineer's Stockpile, buys basic materials for almost nothing and sells artifacts at a high markup. Intended to provide artifacts for Second Empire playthroughs but makes selling raw ores to buy blueprints and artifacts unfeasible. Except for Grog all other drugs are also bought at a low price. The other stockpiles that sell materials do not have this trade culture but do not sell blueprints or artifacts.
