The problem is, In order for the files to download I need to own the Game on Steam, I own it on Good Old Games not Steam. PS (It's not there I tried.)

I see, I just posted it on the Hero's Hour discord in the mods upload. If you haven't you should be able to join it through the link in the game itself.

There is a guide on installing mods in the game's official google doc:

I just noticed you asking on the discord for the files, sorry I didn't post them sooner. I mostly just lurk in there and admire the pretty sprites/art.
