There are no teleporters in the RFC shop.

I have the same problem, reloaded the mod 3 times and still nothing

Found the solution for me.
ou have to go to the main menu of the game and click on "Mods". Click on the "Installed mods" tab and look for "Teleporters". It's disabled. Enable it and reload the mods by pressing the new button "Reload mods" and Voilà! It should work now.
