Does anybody know why my xenotypes like waster and yttakin have bald normal human heads with a red hue?

All xenotypes with custom head have this issue, apparently its a conflict with show hair and hats but also apparently its fixable, I have tried to fix it though and it isn't working. Anybody know if there is a fix?
