1. AI issues

The AI has trouble refueling the reactor and as such the AI assinged to the ractor just wonders around and not refueling the reactor. The Ai get stuck att between Lower fore ballast tank and the Lower fore side. They also seem to have trouble climbing up

2. Bridge issues

the bridge has areas where enemy creatures get stuck possibly failing a clearing of monster missions

3. The mini subs

The mini subs have areas where the ai cant repair such as the shuttle oxygen generator. And the bigger sub has issues getting power

I will be testing the sub more and will see if there are anymore issues
