no solution, or just reduce your game graphics or disable mods.
My situation is not as bad as yours, but I have noticed that whenever I’m near the indoor park/speaker room the game goes from 100 fps to 25. This is one of the only problems I have with this update

I see this issue time and time again, and unfortunately I always fail to find a concrete solution for it. The map is as optimized I can get it to be, and I can run it at 100 fps on my nearly decade old pc. My only suggestion is that you disable expensive addons and switch to the x64 branch if you haven't already. Otherwise, I've got nothing

I think it's the 3 dynamic lights in the map that cause the performance issue for people who have low memory and maybe Intel GPUs.

hi!, sorry for the absence. I've readed everything and i think that you guys are right, I should just uninstall a large amount of mods, reduce graphics. Still don´t see any difference from the x64 branch (which is the branch i play on) and the normal one. By now thanks you guys so much! i´ll let here more info in case nothing works:steamhappy:

I just landed on Gmod to change the graphics, unistall mods (from 26 pages of mods to 11 or less)
and everything you guys told me, i even tried out fog saving render mod, still couldn´t change anything, so, anyways, thank you guys for the help.
Here´s some gameplay again:

When you noclip outside the map, everything is rendered aside from some entities or if you look away, so your framerate will drop a ton. However, I'm still going to assume that your game still runs terrible even when you aren't outside the map. Maybe try running at a lower resolution and disable what I think is a reshade shader on your screen that could also be reducing your framerate as well.
may not help but it did for me. if you have the Terminal Velocity addon, disable it, because i had like 8 fps no matter where i was looking, but when i turned it off, i was back to 50-60+fps (standard for me). however some rooms like the speaker room with the mirror are just performance heavy but it shouldn't be to terrible. also some mods that gave me trouble in the past are "water system" and "clouds system" those kill your performance on any map so if you have those, best to uninstall
