Universal Cartridge?
Hi, was wondering, I took the combat specialization and I am rank 5. Was wondering what does it take to unlock the Universal Cartridge at the end of the personal combat tree I tried and it wont let me and I notice it seems to not matter how much points I have because I have 2000.

It is in the Tech tree but does not seem to unlock, even though I also completed the level 5 combat mission.

I remember KDM saying that the mission to unlock UC ammo crafting hasnt been implemented yet,but i might be wrong.Its much easier to just buy it as its fairly easy to make money if you take a bit of time finding good stuff to sell.
