a little bug report.

Mode: Dedicated server, survival.

Every quest requesting you to place something (like miner) can be passed without actually placing an item. If place you've chosen is blocked (e.g. no core for base items or no resources for miners) and you click, you got the message about incorrect placement, but the quests' counters consider it being done successfuly.
