Turrets shooting at golems and other animal prey when I have prey and preditor unselected / turned off for all of them

What am I missing. I don't have a lot of ammo for this to be happening hehe

I've had this problem in vanilla Empyrion off and on for years, it just seems to be one of those bugs that the devs will fix one day... probably.
