Here you can report the bugs you find while using the mod. Please be precise with step to reproduce if possible, you can also post video / screenshot of the bug to further help.

I've done several Codice and it seems that they can be put into any classes that are active in a campaign, not their own class. This ends up making them not have the Codex abilities like splitting upon damage, the psi bomb, and teleport. They still retain their immunities, but the random class selection and not their own class seems to be a reoccurring issue. I also did both command to spawn the Codex and the Proving Grounds to make one, this problem still persisted.

Yeah, the original mod had them set to their own unique class, which gave them access to the Codex abilities. I had one that was a Stromrider before, one that was an Alchemist, etc. I'll provide screenshots of this weird scenario.

These are some screenshots of what I keep seeing and getting. I used the command to add a Codex recruit several times and they all ended up as these classes and not their own. I do see the code for their class is in the mod, but I don't understand what's overwriting that to make this happen. I'll let you know if I see anything else in relation to this or whatever I see.

I think the problem is that you are using the command, it give you a rookie, not a squaddie. I see that you have class mod, maybe it chane you class are assignd (RPGO or other class overhaul mod)

Alright. Sorry if I made this confusing, I couldn't figure out why it kept doing this, and it did it even after I made it in the Proving Grounds. But still, thanks.

"AddCodexSquaddie" it still producing the same issue (using RPGO), it produces a "soldier" class Codex instead of a "codex" class codex, lol, if that makes sense. So, thus, promoting it instead allows it to promote to classes from RPGO (like a normal soldier) instead of just enabling the codex class and it's abilities.

You can't have a "codex class", it's all soldier class. I think the issue is with RPGO. Will look into it

Quite possibly. All the other aliens work fine it just seems to be this Codex mod. If it's just a command console issue adding issue which I have been doing to help test these for you, no worries, I'll just debug in resources and tech requirements then "build it normally" just to check it's all fine.
